“This house is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! We came down for a week long vacation and booked this home. The pictures are spot on. The decor and attention to detail was top notch! They have thought of everything that you may need for your stay and more! Plenty of plush towels, dishes for your every need and a very large washer and dryer. This home offered plenty of space for our party or 8 (6 Adults and 2 Children). The house is located on a more quiet part of the Cape and that made it even more...

“I've been vacationing in Barrier Dunes @ Cape San Blas for years, always a great experience as this is such a fantastic complex and location! This unit is nice, nothing fancy and could use some updating but it worked just fine for my friend and I. No frills, good furniture, clean, and very close to the walkway to the beach and steps to the clubhouse/pool. The parking is quite tight so be mindful of 2 cars only - and if you have a large or lifted truck, this won't work for you. ”

“We had a great week, had a plumbing problem, which we overcame. Patrick was very responsive up to and during our stay. Only thing that was unexpected was there were a number of tree stumps in the ocean at the beach right behind the house. We worked around it without a problem. We plan to come back to the Cape.”

“This is a great area to stay in. It's a gated community, and we often leave things in the carport area without a second thought. Two pools help on the rough seas, double reds, for the kids to be entertained. The turtles in the pond were fun to watch, and there were several bags of food provided to feed them. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Cape San Blas. If more than one family is visiting, I would recommend that everyone find a location within this community.”
