“Wonderful time at Sparrow's Nest for our 3 generation group of 17 plus our dog. Great Gulf views, especially love the top deck and love the dog friendly beach. The huge great room was perfect for us. Super comfy beds. The host was very responsive. The nights were cold, in the low 40's, while we were there, so it would have been nice to have a solar blanket for the chilly pool. We would definitely stay at Sparrow's Nest again.”

“Unfortunately it was not what we expected. No beach access was available, noise from construction was loud. Smoking neighbors made it hard to enjoy the outdoors. No hot water available the last day. When the construction is complete it will probably be nice.”

“This house is a perfect spot to get away. Beach access is a couple of minutes out the back gate. The pool is wonderful with lots of lounges and a living area under shade. There is an ice machine and drink fridge by the pool and grilling area.Two bedrooms share a covered porch perfect for coffee drinking in the morning. There is also a well appointed porch outside the living room kitchen area. My only complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer. ”

“A beautiful home on the Cape. Communication was excellent and pictures do not do justice to this welcoming home that accompanied the 7 of us. We were immediately welcomed with a welcome gift from the hosts. How thoughtful! We put on a full Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the cooling system on the 2nd day and someone was out in the next half hour fixing the issue. We are already planning our next visit. ”

“This place was truly outstanding—right on the water, with thousands of crabs visible every day. The view was breathtaking. The state parks were calming and conveniently close, and the beach was just a short ways away. The host was incredibly responsive. It was wonderfully dog-friendly, with plenty of space for the dogs to relax and play. My kids loved fishing off the back, and the pool was the perfect size—ideal for family fun. Highly recommend. ”

“There was a bag of trash that hadn’t been cleaned up on the entrance. Lot is set up backwards for back in. Is not big rig friendly. 40 ft and could not back in. Beach is great and very quiet area. ”
