“I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. ”

“Charming Bungalow with Spacious Yard was a lovely home to spend the week. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park (has a summer pool too) in walking distance. Shopping and dining is also close. The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill. I felt welcomed when I entered using a keypad which is a nice touch. Each room had a nightlight giving me confidence to walk around in the night, the host really...

“The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. ”

“The property was lovely. My criteria is always cleanliness, good plumbing, and a working heater or AC. Check, check, and check. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking with one car was easy. Thoroughly recommend! ”
