“Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! ”

“We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future!”

Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. “It's in a lovely area of La Cañada Flintridge! The hosts are just delightful and VERY particular about cleanliness and presentation. Parking and access to the rooms is very easy. It really was like a home away from home! They get an A from an old, retired schoolteacher! ”
