The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. ”

“This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. “Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend. ”

We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. “We had a great stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The pond, paddleboat, paddle boards were a great way to relax after a morning hike and a day at Mesa Verde. The indoor space was great, too. It was nothing fancy but everything that we needed. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There were restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.”

"Todo en promedio con este hotel ubicado en Cortez. Nos dieron unas habitaciones al fondo de la propiedad en donde no había espacio para estacionarse y no está cómodo eso. Al momento del desayuno como que todos los huéspedes decidimos ir a desayunar al mismo tiempo y eso colapsó el espacio y no había ni en donde sentarse. "
