“We stayed at this property for a few days to enjoy Greenville. We loved the walkability to downtown, access to good restaurants and the opportunity to spend time together in a way that is not possible in a hotel. We enjoyed visiting, playing games and catching up on the back deck. The property was well appointed and private. We would all choose it again in a heartbeat!”

“Had a wonderful stay with two families for a long weekend. A great layout for families with lots of kids. They had a blast running around the backyard and swimming in the hot tub. I highly recommend this property, a perfect getaway!”

“We rented this house in order to host an engagement party for our son. The spacious kitchen, access to two full refrigerators, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a gorgeous setting all contributed to a wonderful event! Definitely hoping to rent again sometime.”

“This is a comfortable, nicely maintained townhome a short drive from Furman University and downtown Greenville. Two bedrooms have super comfortable two-person beds and the other a day bed. The living room has plenty of space, nice furniture and a large TV. Kitchen is well stocked. It's a great place, all in all.”

“Fabulous location - so close to Clemson University. The house was exactly as described. Clean linens, clean towels, clean spaces. My recommendations would be better lighting on the steep driveway. We arrived after dark and it was nearly impossible see the curve of the driveway from the street. Also, since the driveway is very steep, there should be a railing or some sort of support. and also a railing into the house. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come...
