“Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. The location put me 5 minutes from being parked at Greenville Convention Center, which was a wonderful advantage for my 4 day conference. The other direction out of the...

“The property was immaculately clean and very well-maintained. This location was excellent for quick jaunts to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and even into downtown without having to stay downtown. The appliances were all in great condition and worked as expected and the HVAC was more than adequate. The host was communicative but not overly chatty so it didn't feel obtrusive at all. I recommend this property and host and we will definitely stay again. Thank you!”
