“This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!”

“Brand new 3 bedroom basement suite. Great open layout with living and kitchen combined, big master suite. Good light even though your below ground and under the main house. Has a big Backyard and hot tub - we didn’t use due to time spent at Brush for family reunion. Great hosts, will stay again when in the area. ”

“ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“Moose Lodge is located in a great part of Ft. Collins with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and downtown (by car). It is in a neighborhood that has lots of walking paths that are easy to navigate and enjoyable. Moose Lodge was cozy, well equipped, and clean. My wife and I stayed there while visiting family, and enjoying the numerous hiking opportunities in the area.I can't say enough about Basil, who is one of my favorite VRBO hosts we ever stayed with. He communicated well...
