Ubicada a solo 10 minutos de Payson, esta escapada es perfecta para un retiro tranquilo, una familia más grande o un grupo de amigos, o retiros pequeños o bodas. Explore y diviértase en y alrededor de Payson, o un fin de semana de pesca o diversión al aire libre.

El nivel principal cuenta con un plan de piso abierto, con una gran sala grande, techos abovedados, pisos de madera, chimenea de gas y una pared de ventanas para participar en esas fabulosas vistas de las montañas. La cocina abierta, recientemente remodelada, tiene una barra de desayuno, encimeras de granito, cocina a gas, una amplia despensa y un comedor cercano con una barra de café.

La planta superior cuenta con el refugio principal perfecto con un área de lectura y juegos para niños en el desván y una espaciosa suite principal con una cama King, un televisor de ultra alta definición de 55 ", puertas francesas a una terraza privada con vista al hermoso patio trasero. El baño en suite tiene una bañera de hidromasaje, tocador doble y ducha separada, junto con un gran armario. En el nivel principal hay dos dormitorios de invitados que comparten un baño. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen. El otro tiene literas con un colchón de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y una doble en la litera superior y una cama de día con dos camas individuales. En la planta baja hay una sala de lavandería y un segundo refrigerador, además de una sala de juegos y TV con un televisor Ultra HD de 65 ", cómodos sillones reclinables, mesa de juego y hockey de aire. Los dos televisores en el hogar tienen más de 200 canales, y Roku está integrado con acceso a Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu y casi cualquier otro servicio de transmisión popular. Esta casa tiene un oasis en el patio trasero con césped, jardines de flores escalonados, árboles frutales y arbustos de bayas, construido en áreas de patio con barbacoa y patios. A Plus A Frame

We stayed for a week but wished it was longer. The house is extremely cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There were a couple miniscule issues that were quickly addressed. So glad to have found this house.

Beautiful!

This house was just perfect for our family. It is just as beautiful as the pictures look and the view is even better. Plenty of space for everyone. The fenced yard was great for the kids and the dogs. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would definitely book this house again.

Fantastic Stay at Diamond Star Chateau

Amazing stay, even in the hottest part of the summer in AZ. Phoenix was 118 and Payson was 103 the weekend we stayed at this awesome home. The house is beautiful, 3 floors with the basement which is absolutley functional with the ping pong table, two couches and TV. The main floor has floor ac, I brought 2 fans to accelerate the cooling process, but the 2 bedrooms on this level cooled down very quickly. The Kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking (pots, pans, grilling gear. Also bring Coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, mayo, ketchup etc because nothing is kept beyond as of fear of spoiling I'm assuming. The grounds are the best part, huge yard for pets, I brought my dog, lots of space for running around in the totally fenced yard. Amazing views, very quiet, and very well kept, I'd definitely come again.

Lovely, Serene Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! Magnificent views from every window with a wraparound porch and fully gated property that our Golden Retriever loved! Like most mountain areas, there are a mix of different kinds of properties. Looks like most people have lived in their homes forever, and when we reached Diamond Chateau we were fully secluded with a view that allowed us to enjoy the nature around us. Very serene! We enjoyed mornings on the porch swing, then in the back grassy yard (would love to see this property all in bloom!) and evenings on yet another patio watching the sun come down on the mountains and stars come up. Beautiful property, clearly built and maintained with care. Inside is just as lovely with the spacious kitchen, living room and master bedroom. This home can clearly accommodate 7 and more if children enjoyed “camping” in the loft area. We wanted for nothing and simply enjoyed the views and wildlife. We would love to visit again!

A peaceful retreat

This house is perfect for those needing some peace and quiet and some much needed R&R. The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. The jetted tub with its' view was so perfect for our rest and relaxation. We all enjoyed our time immensely and will be back for sure.

Daughter’s birthday

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it! My husband and I took our daughter and 3 of her friends, and it was a blast! They were able to spend the majority of their time in the basement playing ping pong and watching movies. They all slept in the bunk bed room. It was an absolutely amazing weekend and we will for sure be back!

What a view!

We had a very nice stay. They were dog friendly and that made it work for us as our usual dog sitters (my adult kids) came with us. The house is nice, the parking is great and we didn't have any issues at all. Communication was good and we will be back.

Loved staying at this property. Was very spacious and has everything you need. Property manager responded quickly with any questions we had. Loved the views!! We also took our dogs and they loved it. Plenty of room for them to run around in the big yard and deck they have. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fantastic Trip

We came up for Father's Day weekend, it was so relaxing and beautiful. There were 6 of us, kids ages 3, 6, and 8, one dog, and grandma. The backyard is quiet, secluded, lush, plenty of room for the kids and dog to run. The house was great, it was a very hot weekend and the AC had a hard time cooling, but I think this was because when we arrived it was off and 90 degrees in the house. Otherwise, we had a great vacation. Instacart and Doordarsh were great to have so we didn't have to leave. We will be returning when we need another quiet, relaxing getaway!

Christmas stay

Home is nice, outside has a lot to offer for seating, neighborhood houses going into neighborhood, appeared run down, trailer park at entrance. If there's snow, I would recommend a 4wheel drive, steep hill to location. No TV on main floor, and first 2 days basement where main tv was freezing didn't see any alternative for heating downstairs. Gas fireplace makes main floor and upstairs very toasty within a few hours, had to shut off intermittently. Smoke alarm in master bedroom went off 2 times while taking a shower, but definitely offers VERY hot showers on property. Owners had great variety of games for all and toys for younger kids. We enjoyed our stay with exception of the temperature issues inside the home.

Holiday retreat

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay. The location and views were lovely. The home was immaculate and no hiccups. The outdooor space was ideal with grass, fire pit, comfy furniture, wrap around porch, bbq area. We especially enjoyed being outdoors in December. The hosts were responsive and timely..
