“The house was nice and it was clean but the listing was inaccurate. The house listed that there was a pool and a grill. I emailed about the pool prior to our visit since its still cold out and they said the pool was available to use. We arrive at the property and there wasn't any water in the pool. They also listed a grill was available to use. We couldn't find a grill in the house or even a community grill to use. We never heard back about the grill. “Spent Xmas week with family at Perdido Dunes. From initial check process to final checkout, everything was as expected. Fantastic beachfront home with plenty of space to relax. Amenities were useful for a young family to use kitchen, as needed. Plenty of decent places to eat out as well. I would not hesitate to rebook for a future stay! “Beautiful condo, great layout with plenty of room, and clean. Balcony was lovely with amazing view, we even saw dolphins a few mornings! We also loved having the tennis court/pickleball court across the hall. It was fun being able to walk to the Flora Bama, and a close/easy drive to lots of restaurants. We had warm weather and mostly used the beach, but the pools looked very nice. Great host/service. We had an issue with the refrigerator not staying cold, but maintenance brought a replacement...
