“The hotel is situated in the middle of a local village and the whole area is private property. You are not able to use your own taxi service to the airport, you need to book it thru the hotel else you have to pull your luggage about 50m to the main road Checked into this hotel to prepare the next day early morning fight, only manage to stay in this hotel for about 4 hrs. When checked in, there is a strong urine smell in the toilet and notice toilet bowl is not cleaned properly with urine...

“Excellent place”

“Very nice but little far from the beaches”

“We stayed here as it was in Arambol and I wanted to go there. The hotel seems new and was very clean and the rooms were very nice. There is a pool but it is very small. It was over 25 minute walk to Arambol beach in the hot sun. We walked down to Arambol beach and walked back to Mandrem beach and then to the hotel. “I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!”

“El hotel ha resultado cómodo y el Servicio correcto Resaltar la atención recibida por el Empleado Jay en los desayunos, atento educado y dispuesto ”

“Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property”

“We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!”
