“Large apartment that accommodated my family. Check in was wonderful very friendly staff and free Parking on site, which was handy. Kitchen well equipped. Close to Elizabeth Quay. Beds were hard. Could also do with updating, needs painting, bathrooms to be redone and updated styling.”

“The after hour check-in is not recommended for travelers coming with long-haul flight, you may not get a room once you arrive unless you have asked them to verify your arrival time and scheduled a check-in to best your knowledge. Make sure you can call a local phone to reach the management. If not, they may charge your credit card for the entire stay, without a refund, and not let you have the room you already paid for.”

“This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well. Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings. The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats”

“I didnt like that the hotel was unstaffed after 7pm making the check in process very difficult because you have to check in online and receive codes to use the lifts and enter the rooms on keypads. No room keys . I was worried if I went out after hours and lost the code. The after hours support on the helpline felt like a generic helpline . The price was good but I would rather pay another $70 to stay where there was a 24 hour front desk and room keys . This is all.my opinion because othwr...
