You will find everything clean the accommodation is amazing! We had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was very nice to us. I highly recommend this house! “Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private.
