“SUch a beautiful view greet you as you walk in - all you see and hear is ocean. Very comfortable - you have many places to sit and relax. Lots of room and a great kitchen area. It's easy to be relaxed when all you hear is the ocean. I loved that the bedroom as AC, because it got a little hot in the summer but it was very comfortable to sleep. The hosts answered any questions and requests quickly, which was appreciated.”

“We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.”

“The property is located up high in the Hollywood hills. This worked out so well for us. We went to Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, and Six Flags. The place was clean, plenty of extra towels and linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. For us the garage helped out a ton. The house has some quirky things to it like the stairs and cabinets that really made it memorable. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this property to a large family or...

“I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

“We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....
