“Everything about the condo was excellent except for a feeling of dampness and something black scattered/growing across the ceilings of three rooms, possibly black mold. It needs to be inspected and remediated when no one is staying there. The ceiling fan blades need to be cleaned so the fans can be used to help move air. We were afraid to stir up particles.
