I would suggest having someone check the unit when it has not been rented in a while before new people come. I did have to run and step on 3 roaches. Maybe it needs to be sprayed more? “Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need.”

“We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times).”

“It was a nice place, but the bed in the master felt like we were sleeping on plywood. There wasn’t a ton of things to bake with. We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. It was a great location relative to the big pool; it overlooked it.”
