“Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. ”

“Had a great 2 night stay in this condo in July 2026. The location is super convenient to LAX (especially if you have an early morning flight), and not too far from the beach. There's a few walkable restaurants and a grocery store, which was nice, and a nearby bike share too. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the gym well equipped. The free parking is nice but the garage truly is a maze: study the instructions before descending into its depths, and reverse them to get out -- we failed on...

“Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. ”
