“Cottage is cozy and bed comfortable. Floor gritty from sand when arrived. Swept many times before went to beach ourselves but always felt gritty so we were tracking from outside into courtyard area. Has faint musty smell when entering in kitchen. Nothing unbearable and being close to water it is a common issue. Could use some updating but they did add microwave. I read some complaints about that. My only other suggestion would be a keurig but we brought our own mini. They have a coffee maker....

“The cottage is cozy, recently and tastefully remodeled and is in very good condition. The location is also convenient for all things Mission Beach offers, and it was relatively quiet for being so close to Mission Boulevard. We were there for Thanksgiving week, and our hosts were very responsive. They also provided a lot of toys for us to use.
