“10/10 location! The house was perfect for our Spring Break. We were able to enjoy the beach, bay, nearby shops, Belmont Park, Seaworld and countless other adventures. The house was amazing. “We had a great stay. The property was just as described. It appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and living comfortably. It is attractively decorated. There is a Keurig coffee maker that had some starter pods, sweetener and creamer along with a variety of teas. “My family of 8 adults and one toddler spent three nights at this house. It was a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was within 20 minutes to the zoo and Balboa Park and 30 to La Jolla beach.We appreciated the highchair and portacrib, with bedding for the toddler.The hosts were friendly and responded in a timely manner. Very nice patio area with hot tub and easy to use grill. ”

“Nice and quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic. My little 1 1/2 year old absolutely loved the little playground. Host was always there to help and answer any questions even though it was a little late one time. My mother who never goes out said she would be willing to do it again and that says a lot. ”

“I’m a local of San Diego. My home was tented for termites and my 3 cats plus 4 working adults with 4 cars needed a place to stay for 3 days. Cats loved this place better than my own home LOL! Plenty of parking and the home was cute and comfortable. Price per day was excellent. Check in and check out was super easy. This home exceeded my expectations. “We chose this property as it is close to our daughter and son-in-law. It was exactly as described, a perfect place to tuck in for the night and start the day with an excellent selection of teas (thank you). Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than most. Bathroom was very clean and bright with great water pressure/temp. Location is optimal for university proximity and La Mesa is close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.”
