“This property worked perfectly well for our family's needs/wants. The location and the fact that it had a parking space is the main reason why we chose it. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. The harbor is even closer but we preferred going to the beach most days. Having the parking spot was very helpful in this area. We enjoyed our rooms and the living space. Everything was great. It does come with a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was also handy. ...

“Cute little Quaint studio. Just a minute walk to the ocean. Parking was easy with overnight parking just a minute walk to the studio. Very peaceful and relaxing! It has a kitchen so I was able to cook! Absolutely loved it ”

“We loved the location which is about a 1 minute walk to mission beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight but nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. The portable a/c didn’t really cool the entire apartment but opening windows was nice. We would stay here again! ”

“The pictures are a bit misleading .. the bedroom also has a bunk bed which is not shown in the pictures so that was a surprise .. it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.. but maybe would be nice to know that someone would be sleeping above you if you actually slept 6 people in there. The location is great..we loved being that close to the beach… and it’s really neat that they have chairs and toys for the beach you can use. When the door code didn’t work (we got in late) they answered...

“I stayed at this studio with my husband and 3 year old son. We had the best time, we were beach front and had many restaurants at walking distance. We were close to many family friendly activities and had such a beautiful scenery. Communication was easy and the studio was very clean and provided many amenities (crucial for a family with a toddler). ”

There were many small shops and restaurants within blocks to walk too as well. ”

“Unit was close to boardwalk/beach, restaurants. Was clean with most items you would need. Parking had tight constraints, yet it was divulged. Definitely ensure you have a compact vehicle. ”

“The little space is just right for one or two people and is an ideal spot central to walking everywhere in Mission Beach. It was perfect for a little getaway!”

“We had such a good time staying here. The outdoor shower, beach toys, and so close to the beach. The only thing that’s a struggle is parking, we did get a ticket the first day because our car bumper was into the sidewalk. So watch out for that. It was just the right size for our family of 6. The kitchen is bare essentials so if you need anything for cooking, you’ll need to bring it yourself. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. ”
