“Great location, clean, & Jeff is very responsive. The property provided more essentials (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) than most rentals we’ve stayed along 30A. Only con, the lower level bed room was very small & the hall bunks made the area feel cramped. Was mentioned in the description but didn’t realize how small the area is. ”

“Loved this condo. It was our first time in the area but the location seemed perfect. Overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. We walked most places for meals or coffee or drinks, and at most were a 10 minute drive to other places we wanted to go. The host was great; couldn’t have been easier logistically.Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thanks!”

“The gathering area was large and comfortable. We loved the giant kitchen table for eating, playing games and doing puzzles. We also enjoyed to upstair balcony- a great location for reading books or drinking morning coffee. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which was great. The tram stop is directly across the street so transporting stuff to and from beach was easy. ”
