The house worked perfectly for our family, with easy access to both the beach and pool and everything we needed nearby.Jeff was a fantastic host — extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and very quick to help and find solutions whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a great place to stay on 30A!”

“Great time in a great location. 500 feet from pool or a 10 min walk to beach / shops / etc. If we ever went back we would want to stay in same place.”

“We visited with a couple friends and had a great time. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for 3 families and 3 babies. The tram was a great feature of the community and saved a lot of time and effort. Steve was extremely helpful and responsive and I’d definitely recommend staying!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home! It was great for 2 families with a bunch of kids! The location was ideal! We will probably stay here again! That being said, there are a few things that could greatly improve the property. The sun came up by 6:45am and the rooms were all super bright. Though each window does have a pull down shade, they are not black out shades, so if you want to sleep in, this is not the rental for you. The listing says it sleeps 16, you definitely couldn’t sleep more...
