“Quaint place.”

“Nothing beats the location of this property! Plus, the host (Tom) was incredibly communicative. Overall great stay in 30A.”

“Such an incredible stay at this unit! This is our 3rd year staying at The Village and this was by far our favorite one to stay in. It was so clean and smelled so fresh upon check in/throughout the stay. The location was perfect for the tram pickup/pool/and to get to the Peddler’s area. The balcony was great for sitting and relaxing! For being a studio, they offered so many supplies/appliances for cooking and making your own food, coffee, etc. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!”

“Es un estudio agradable confortable ubicado en un lugar céntrico la anfitriona muy amable grata estancia ”

“The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was a nice walk to shops and restaurants and nestled right between Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. Upon arrival the door code was different from the one we received and a quick call to the owner fixed this small problem.Would stay here again! Pizza by the sea had amazing pizza and every time we walked by it smelled so good and LoCa had the best Mexican food, the street corn was so good, highly recommend.”

“Our stay was perfect! Easy check in and great communication and information provided by the host! So much storage space in the bathroom! The pool was lovely and access to the beach was convenient. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.”

“The location was great, very close to towns. Property is dated, one of the oldest buildings in the area, it has been renovated, but could use another one.”
