“Communication with the property owner was excellent although there were no issues to communicate. Rather the owner kept us well informed and just checked in with us via message. Made us feel reassured. Inside the condo was very nice, owner took care to keep rooms clean and added small things like shampoo, soap etc which was helpful. We did feel safe with the gated entrance as well. Although we went to the beach only once there was a boardwalk to the beach which was nice and golf cart...

This particular condo has the original layout where each bedroom has its own balcony which is a perfect for our family because it eliminates arguing about who gets the bedrooms with the balconies. This condo has been updated and is well maintained. The owner was very response when answering questions prior to our visit. We had zero issues that required communication during our stay.
