“The house was very nice but not very clean.. there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.. there were four balls of dog hair in the corners we were told we can check in by 2:00 and we ended up sitting around till 5:30 to get access.. owner stated that the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment which was false.. it was being cleaned by the owner who apparently lives there as I was told by the neighbors...
