“Great spot to stay in Point Reyes. Very secluded, but has everything you need. Be sure to grab groceries before heading there as there is a full kitchen and no restaurant nearby (closest in 15-20 min away in point Reyes Station). Stayed in the meadow house, was comfortable and clean and shared bathroom was manageable. Separate bathrooms with toilet and shower which is nice. Would recommend to explore point Reyes.”

“Overall we had a great stay. But I want to clear up a few issues. There is room for two cars in the driveway because it’s a long driveway, one car goes in first and one car parks behind it. The next issue is that there are only one and 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor and one full bath (no bathtub) on the lower floor. “I wish I did a little more research before booking. This lodge used to be a hostel and still seems more like a hostel than lodge. It would be perfect if I wasn’t traveling with a toddler who wants to get into everything. Location is about a five minute drive from the beach. We saw a ton of deer. It’s a little ways to the shipwreck and lighthouse. Great for trail access. Overall, if you’re traveling with small children or folks who overheat easily, maybe not the best place.
