“Very cute and clean environment”

“The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.”

“You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing...

“Our experience in the Mill Valley cottage was superb... most definitely top quality from the lush and lovely courtyard gardens throughout the well-appointed cottage. “This property is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a private area, this home truly feels like a spa retreat (which is exactly what I was hoping for). Perfect for a group - we had 7 girls staying here. Kim thought of all the little things (make-up mirrors in the bathrooms, q-tips, removal rounds, amenities in the showers, etc). And when I couldn't find something, she was easily reached and responsive. We are already planning another trip to stay here again!”

The view of the ocean was spectacular. It was perfect for our girls weekend vacation and the home is so large next time we could take two families. We can't wait to visit again soon.”

“Wonderful location and stunning views. House was big enough to accommodate our whole family. It was sad that the hot tub/spa could not be heated as advertised. It would have been a nice way to relax. Also the actual bed configuration is confusing and misleading, the “room” with the trundle bed is actually a nook with no door in the primary bedroom. There is also no queen-sized bed (rather 2 twins pushed together). Maybe a little TLC would make it a perfect spot. Our stay was great and we...

“Great location, great property - we parked our car in the parking lot and didn’t use it for the 2 days we were there / so convenient to absolutely everything / the bedroom and bathroom were out of a resort - if you’re coming to Sonoma you must stay here !”

“We had a girls weekend at the Villa and it was absolutely amazing. Randy and his staff were super attentive to us and helped us the entire weekend. The house is absolutely amazing and very well stocked. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend utilizing all of the amenities that the house has to offer including the pickle ball court, gym, steam room, hot tub and wine cave! Thanks Randy for an amazing experience”
