“I very much appreciated Andy who is managing this property. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable. Heat is from a unit in living room that effectively heats the whole apartment. Means that the living room is usually warmer than rest of house, but that did not bother us and we were comfortable. The location is excellent and we felt very safe. Andy was very helpful in diligently dealing with some mechanical problems. The house does not have very many electrical outlets, so I advise...

“VERY GOOD PROPERTY, VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, EXCELLENT HOSTS; IN BEDROOM 1 THE BASE OF THE BED DIDN'T SUPPORT THE WEIGHT AND WE HAD TO LOWER THE MATTRESS TO THE FLOOR, THE MAIN BEDROOM DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE DRAWER TO STORE CLOTHES AND THE CLOSET WAS VERY SMALL, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT, EVEN IF IT WOULD HAVE USED A ADDITIONAL HALF BATHROOM. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT”

“The place is super clean and spacious for one person or a couple. Very quit neighborhood and street parking was no problem. Everything looks brand new, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Mild foot traffic overhead but not loud.”

“I absolutely adored this home, the views, the area and how truely comfy the place was. There are some steps to get down to get down to the home but I’d gladly take them again to wake up with the fireplace going while watching the sunrise. 10/10 ”

“This was the perfect spot to converge for a family wedding. We liked that there the ample common spaces for West Coast-East Coast to hang out and catch up. The close prximity to shops and restaurants was a plus. My SoCal contingent loved having a garage. We also appreciated the good communication with the host. ”

“Communications with manager was wonderful. She was very helpful. Not many upscale restaurants were in walking distance but there was a grocery store a block away. They sold alcohol. Bedrooms were roomy. Occasionally chatter from street. Overall nice”
