Pool was great but it was not heated so it stayed pretty cold even as the temp outside warmed up. It was March though with an unexpected cold front so it was all good , the kids didn’t care a bit! The Home was lovely and perfect for our family and was very clean upon arrival. Spiral staircase wasn’t the best but I expected that as it was shown in photos. It would have been nice to access the pool without going down the spiral staircase, maybe via the backyard gate or some other method. The location to the beach was AMAZING, a very easy walk, but crossing that highway 98 was a little difficult at times as it gets busy and there is no cross walk. Drive to town was further than I loved but personally we would rather that than being in a very busy area. Communication with the property manager was very easy. One thing we did notice was how hot it got in the house at night and we weren’t able to open the windows. A night or 2 we would end up in the living space with the porch door cracked to get some air in. All in all I think this is a great place for families looking for a low key get away!
