Fourth of July Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren.the beds are comfy, the house is great for spreading out, playing, relaxing on the porch and in the pool. The golf cart ride and easy beach access was super! We loved our stay!

Great Vaca

Excellent property and location! House was amazing! The golf cart and beach chairs were an excellent option for our large group heading to the beach! Enjoyed the pool and putting green as well!

Amazing & Relaxing!!!

We highly recommend Nautilus Escape if you want a large private pool, no one behind you (just woods), games, beautiful kitchen, kickass golf cart, comfy bedding and even a small workspace desk. The decor is fantastic and it feels like an elevated home from our own which is perfect for vacation!

Perfect place.

Perfect place who is looking for quiet not crowded area. It’s exactly what we was looking. Yes the house is few streets away from the beach but provided 6 person golf cart makes life easier :))) house is very clean and comfortable, located in very quiet neighborhood.

This house is perfect!

Open and spacious for our 3 families to be together for the week. Gulf cart makes it so easy to get to the beach, pool is so nice and big. Everything you need is there! They even ordered a crock pot and muffin pans for us so we didn't have to bringthem. Best hosts ever!!

Great overall experience!

Our stay here was great! The house was very well furnished and accommodating to our large group. The owners know what people want and need when they show up on vacation! The pool was great and the shed in the back is well stocked with pool toys and beach essentials. We didn’t need to bring much because mostly everything was provided. The owners were very quick to respond to messages and very quick to get your requests taken care of. Highly recommend!

Friend-cation Perfection!

This property was great! Enough bedrooms for everyone, space for people to converge (or separate if needed), dining room large for everyone. The pool was awesome, the screened in porch was fantastic. The best was the amenities - the golf cart was basically brand new, the beach chairs were great, the beach towels thick and plentiful. I appreciated the starter kit as well as hand soaps in the bathrooms. It was the perfect getaway (other than the weather). Really enjoyed, would recommend and stay again. Big kudos to Dave and Karen for being so quick with communication as well!

Just amazing

GORGEOUS! I was one of the first guests to stay in this new and impeccably designed beach house in Saint Joe Beach. It backs up to the woods so we had full privacy when we were outside near the large heated saltwater pool. The interior design inside the house looks professional but is super inviting and comfortable/casual. The game room is awesome , as are all of the well thought out details. There is a brand new golf cart for guests which was a huge plus for beach trips or to Shipwreck for the best seafood ever. The hosts are amazing . Highly recommend. We will be back!

Great location and cleanliness

The three things we look for in when book a property are location, cleanliness, and comfortability. The pictures are very accurate and the location is great, easy qucik access to the beach. The cleanliness and comfortability can be subjective and difficult to determine through pictures and reviews. We were very please with how clean the unit was and how comfortable the beds and furniture were. Having a pool and a golf cart was definitely a bonus. The pool guys came twice during our stay and kept the water clean and clear. David and Karen were fantastic. They were polite and quick to answer any questions. Ultimately, this is a place we plan to rent again!

Fam Bam 2025

Our family of 14 stayed in this beautiful house for 6 nights in June. We had a wonderful time! The house was great for the grandkids ranging in age from 2 to 19. They loved the pool & game room. The pool was the perfect temp, clean, plenty big for all of us & separated from the house with the big screened in porch. The teens liked escaping the adults & sitting out there as the ceiling fans & furniture made it comfortable even in the heat. The location to the beach was just as described, easy to walk to & fun to drive to in the golf cart. Dollar General was close for ice & the downtown Port St. Joe is pleasant for coffee, ice cream & shopping. Dave & Karen are fabulous hosts!! Their communication is top notch. Whatever questions we asked were answered quickly & they made sure our stay would be the best. I would highly recommend staying at this property & any others they own. So happy I found & stayed here. Thanks!
