Great location and great condo

The condo is very well maintained and very clean. The location right on the ocean is great. The area is not overbuilt and nights are quiet. We had a great stay.

We had a great view of the beach once the large pile of rocks was moved. Due to the breakwaters being installed while we were there we had heavy machinery going back and forth on the beach almost the whole time we were there. As far as the condo went the beds were not very comfortable and squeaked every time you moved. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms kept falling off. On our last full day we had a couple of storms and the window in the kitchen and half bath leaked. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation here and the new beach was great.

Perfect Stay in Cape San Blas

We booked this place because of the proximity to the water and it did not disappoint. You can't beat the view off the balcony with the waves crashing directly below you. My husband was also very happy he didn't have to haul all of our beach items too far. We would defiantly stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a great time. We wanted a beach vacation away from all of the hustle and bustle normal vacation destinations. This rental was the perfect location. Unit was clean, your practically in the ocean. The constant crashing waves was relaxing. There was a little confusion on how to access the beach on the sides of the townhomes. Townhome has everything needed for any stay.

It was ok. The floors were dirty and had to get an exterminator for the spotters and roaches

3 stars floors were dirty and had spiders and roaches.

Great Location and Views

This rental had an incredible view of both the gulf and bay side. The third floor views of the gulf were awesome and perfect chairs to see without any obstruction. Saw dolphins multiple times. Clean unit and nicely decorated. Our family had a great time. Only issue was no access to the beach. Photos lead you to believe you’ll occasionally get beach access in front of the unit, but there was none. It’s too close to the water so for the entire trip no beach. I’m assuming certain times of the year there might be occasional access but none for our entire trip. West side of unit closed and east side had a small sliver of beach but mostly all private property we were not allowed access to, so each day we had to pack up our beach stuff and family and drive to find a beach. Not sure we would’ve chosen this unit had we known it wouldn’t have a beach in front of it.
