They provided everything!

From shampoo to beach towels you name it we had it! This place is also the closest to the beach that we have ever stayed! We enjoyed our time so much and everything was amazing!

Everything we dreamed of

The location is fantastic, very quiet and laid back. The pool was so nice that the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean! There was ample beach gear and pool toys. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spotting a group of manta rays. The second dishwasher, ice maker and beverage fridge made this our favorite house on the cape!

FishLips

Perfect home for our extended family vacation. The house was great and stocked with everything you would need! The pool was clean and well maintained. We did pay the extra fee for heating the pool (in March), and it was well worth it since it was a little cool and windy during our stay! We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

Fabulous Fishlips!

Our family and friends had a blast at Cape San Blas while staying at Fishlips! The house itself is in an area that is upscale and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, and in perfect position to view the dolphins, and even a couple of surfers! The pool is quite lovely although the weather did not permit swimming. Fishlips was spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were over the top beautiful…lots of hot water always The kitchen was well appointed with tons of space for food prep. We did have some difficulty getting the TV set up and working, but the manager was diligent in working this out for us as soon as possible. We would heartily recommend a stay at Fishlips.

Great House

We had 6 kids under 12 years old and this house is perfect. They were able to freely run back and forth between the pool and beach while the parents relaxed on the beach . The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and there is plenty of room in the house to spread out. We would definitely book this house again .

Great beach getaway

Enjoyed the week at fishlips. Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from all living levels of the home. Every beach toy you’ll need for your stay and an over abundance of items for cooking and dining. The balcony is great for star gazing and the screened in porch listening to the waves crash into the beach made for a pleasant backdrop during lunches.

Wonderful Spot on the Cape!!

Loved staying at Fish Lips. The pool is fantastic and great/easy beach access. Had a blast playing games in the evening while listening to the waves. One day we had an issue with the main floor AC Unit. Called the property manager and they had someone on site who fixed it within 90 minutes. Great service, communication and management. Thanks for a relaxing and fun week!

Best Stay Ever

We have spent many vacations in FL and AL but this was by far our best trip due to the well stocked house with many amenities such as beach towels and beach equipment. Be Our Guest staff were responsive to questions we had and the fresh flowers were a warm welcome. We loved our stay at Fishlips and hope to return!

Memorable stay at Fishlips on Cape San Blas

The property is a beautiful well appointed home right on the beach. The home had comfortable linens, tons of space, ample supplies for everyone. Tons of beach goods and games, fast internet, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our Christmas holiday although it was cold the first few days due to the unprecedented East Coast cold spell, the house was warm, comfortable and you can’t beat the beautiful ocean view. Once it warmed up we flew kites on the beach, watched dolphins swimming off shore and had fun exploring lighthouses in the area. It was a memorable family vacation.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful weekend at the beach! Great accommodations and proximity to the beach was perfect! Although there was very limited wifi, we made the best of the situation by reading- A LOT! Very family friendly.

Great escape!

We enjoyed every minute of our trip . The house was beautiful and had everything needed for convenience. The beach toy closet outside was the best! Everything was provided to enjoy a fun day on the beach. Unfortunately there was considerable corrosion so beach access was difficult. Other than that the stay was perfect! We will return

Lovely house and wonderful white beach. So easy being right on the beach. Great having a large heated pool. Lots of included gear and toys for the water. Friendly local merchants. Donna,outpost, was so helpful with extra baby items.

Beautiful beach stay

A wonderful stay! The house had everything we could ask for to make a memorable vacation for our family and friends. We had two families with young kids. There was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone busy and comfortable. The beach is spectacular. The pool is beautiful and large. We enjoyed using everything the house had to offer: beach toys and boats, bbq, well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, etc. Awesome!

One Beautiful Sunset after another

The house is very updated, spacious and clean. The views from the decks are fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and the location was great if you are looking to relax in a quiet almost private beach setting. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the relaxing deck and on the beach almost every night we were there.

Fantastic home and experience

The home was fantastic - well-appointed, clean and comfortable in every way. The location was phenomenal - quiet, relaxing, convenient to North Cape store/restaurant. Sunsets are worth the price of admission, proximity to the beach is hard to beat, and the gear closet was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Fall Getaway

Great house! Very comfortable and felt like a home. The owners thought of everything to make you comfortable! Loved the outdoor couch! The pool and area around it were fantastic! Having a bathroom and shower outside was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Fishlips is Fabulous!

This was our best beach trip yet! Fishlips was just what we were looking for in a gulf front home! Beautiful gulf front views, close to the water, and a private pool! The house was newly reconstructed after Hurricane Michael and everything was in top condition. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels! They provided an abundance of beach toys and floats that our granddaughter loved, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, ect. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We have already rebooked for next year!
