Last minute family vacation

First time staying in this area so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Upon arrival we could tell it was going to be a great place to relax! First thing that hit me walking into this vacation rental was wow, it smells good! Very nice clean space. Everything about it was great. The furniture was nice the beds were comfortable and the view for not being directly on the beach was great.

Cozy townhome steps from the beach

Enjoyed the convenience of the beach right across the street. But unfortunately the Hwy out front can be kinda busy and noisy. To be fair, we were there over Memorial Day weekend. But otherwise the unit was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend.

Home away from home

I can not say enough amazing things about this townhome! 100 stars! It was perfect! Less than 30 seconds to the beach! Beautiful view from the master bedroom! Everything you could need inside is provided. It was the homiest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! We were so sad to leave. My kids wanted to stay there and live there forever. Will definitely be back!

Great Spring Break Trip

We booked this as a last minute spring break trip and we could not have been happier! The house was neat and clean. The Queen size bunk beds were perfect in the second bedroom. Just walk across the road to a beautiful beach and ocean. 75 steps (or less) as advertised! We were so grateful to have the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Condo for your Port St. Joe Stay

Like the title say it was a perfect condo for our Port St. Joe Stay! Everything is well stocked and thought out for a long stay. Beach access is right across the street and on a clear night you can see stars with very little light pollution.

Enjoyed Sandy Daze

Tyler was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know from booking through checkout. The soft thick towels, silky bed sheets, comfy foam bed, beach cart and umbrella/chairs, plenty of coffee mugs, all the kitchenware you need, programmable TV made it a 5 star experience. Full size bunk bed and trundle worked perfectly for 3 kids. We really were just steps from the beach across Highway 98. Only improvement suggestion is the washer and dryer may need to be repaired or replaced soon. The washer bearings are squeaky and I had to remove a ton of sand from the dryer before I could use it. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic get away !

Wife and I had jer family at our house for a little over a week. Thursday night I came home and she said "you gotta take me out of here". I said ok where to Tallahassee, Pensacola, she says "Oh no we have to be at the Brunch on Saturday... Offered her several local hotels - most super nice. But she said "I want be in our beach just not having to worry about family" Searched ABnB, Expedia and the VRBO. Was super surprised when I saw Tyler's place open on Friday and less than five miles from our house ! Brand new looking, super nice 2-Bdrm with great Master looking right at the Gulf. Everything one would need for a getaway was there ! Thanks Tyler !

Wonderful!

Very well decorated. Extremely clean and taken care of. Comfortable beds and linens. Well stocked kitchen supplies. All the extras to make guests comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony. The owner responded quickly. We hope to be back!

VRBO mandatory title

We had a great experience at this home. Everything was as it should be. There was enough coffee in the cupboard to keep us from having to make a trip to the store on the first night. That's a big plus for us. The bed is comfy and the house is clean. I, highly, recommend staying here.
