We absolutely loved this property. Everything was clean and neat, and the bedrooms were airy and spacious. The kitchen was very well supplied with all the pots, pans, etc. we needed to make meals while we were there. The elevator was an unexpected bonus and was very helpful for unloading three carloads of vacation supplies.The pool was a hit with the adults and the two-and-a-half-year-old. It was big enough to lounge in and we took advantage of that. The covered porches had plenty of shade for sitting around reading while listening to the ocean.We enjoyed this house so much that we're now spoiled. This is now our preferred place for our annual Girls' Trip.

Great home for family fun

Our three generation family of 10 enjoyed five fabulous days! So much room for everyone, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids to be on their own. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the rest of the house was clean and beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. But best of all was the location with its own private boardwalk for beach access and the pool on the deck! The kids loved being able to go back and forth from pool to beach! Sitting at the shaded poolside table with a gorgeous ocean view was my favorite place for enjoying breakfast and lunch. I liked that the beach was not crowded, and we found lots of beautiful shells. Marissa was an excellent host who quickly responded whenever I messaged with questions. We would highly recommend this beach house!

The house was great, it was clean, and the layout and size perfectly met the needs of our family. Marissa, the property manager, was the best. She answered every question promptly and provided very helpful information and recommendations. If we travel to that area again, I will definitely book the same house and hope to work with Marissa again.

This place is top notch and fit our family of 15 perfectly. Rooms are darling… kitchen is nicely stocked…elevator is perfect for older people and carrying up stuff… kids swam in pool then off to beach and back in pool all day long. Wish we had taken binoculars…Marissa answered any question right away. The place is clean and so homey

Great Vacation!

Beautiful!

We stayed 4 nights at Donsol during our fall break and had a great time! The view was amazing. We mostly enjoyed spending time in the pool and being able to see the gulf! So cool. Thank you Marissa!

Amazing!

We have a large family of mainly couples and this house was PERFECT. We have traveled to other beaches in past years and none of our experiences topped this house. Having a private boardwalk was a game changer and made traveling to the beach so easy with an infant. Also, it’s so difficult to find beach houses that accommodate everyone in the family, and the fact that all of the rooms had king beds was perfect! The host was so accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and she really made the whole process so easy for us. We truly did not want to leave this beach house but already have plans to return next year!

Family Time Away

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was lovely, very clean, great location, and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet. The pool was wonderful! We absolutely loved the town, We had issues with the elevator not working on several days of the vacation, but I called Marissa and she sent a contractor to the home to fix it it, and he was very helpful and friendly! This is an A+ property and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Best beach trip ever

My family and my grandsons friends recently stayed at the Donsol House in Cape San Blass. This was the perfect place for our group. The house was gorgeous and very nice beach and private pool. The adults and teens all enjoyed the stay. The best experience ever with the property manager. She was very responsive to all our questions and always friendly and helpful. We will visit again!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great time at the house! Two families with 7 kids. Lots of room and each room has a bathroom. The bunk room is so big and has lots of beds. All the kids stayed in the bunk room and we did not need to use the 2 beds downstairs for sleeping but it was nice to have the 2 bathrooms downstairs. Having our own pool on the deck was the best! We had our own private walkway to the beach and an outdoor shower for cleaning off when we returned. Well stocked kitchen. Also really nice to have covered parking in all the heat. And an elevator, so no need to carry suitcases or groceries up any stairs. Just load the elevator and send it up. There were nice beach chairs and umbrellas for use. The beach is clean and quieter area which we really enjoyed. There are still enough restaurants and stores nearby for when you do want to go out. We also enjoyed spending a day out on the bay. The only hard thing was the door alarm since we didn’t need it. It’s required for the area but, if I had littles to keep up with it would have been very nice to have. It does have a button to press to disarm it when opening the door we just didn’t always remember. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend!
