This home has plenty of parking for a small boat or jet ski and is a short distance to the state park’s public boat launch. Banyan Beach is professionally landscaped and has an outdoor hot and cold shower and gas grill. Conveniently located two blocks to grocery/sundry stores (including a seafood company) on the Cape but only 20 minutes from more shopping in Port St. Joe or 30 minutes from Appalachicola's restaurants and shops.
