Amazing is all I can say. Stephanie went above and beyond for our visit. Everything went as smoothly as can be, communication was excellent! The home was beautiful and comfortable, amenities were top notch, and Ruby... So fun to drive down to the beach. Wonderful time, we will be back!

My husband and I booked Stephanie's home to celebrate his retirement and to say she went above and beyond to make it special is an understatement! We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs over the years and Stephanie is by far the best, most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable host we have ever had! The home is absolutely beautiful with everything you need, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful (at least it was when we were there!) and Port St Joe is an adorable little town with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We cannot recommend this home enough if you want a fun, relaxing beach vacation in a lovely beach home where you get the sunrise in the morning from the back patio and the sunset in the evening from your front porch.

Staying here was AWESOME. The owner was so helpful with everything and communication was great. Even though there were several vacationers in this little community, there are several private residences and everyone was friendly. It was such a relaxing and much needed vacation. Thanks so much for being an EXCELLENT host and letting us stay at your home!!

Great, spacious house- thoughtfully decorated and appointed with everything you need. We loved the golf cart for trips to the pool and beach. And the fire pit patio was a great way to finish the day with the family gathered around for smores. Can’t recommend this home enough- we will definitely be back!

The Host was the hostess with the mostest and she had everything we needed and more! The home was fully stocked, clean, comfortable and basically perfect! We certainly appreciated the bikes and especially the golf cart "Ruby!" We cannot wait to come back!

Loved the open floor plan of this rental! Very clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook a fabulous meal in the kitchen or pack up the golf cart with all the provided beach gear for a day at the beach. Would definitely consider renting again!

We have stayed in this neighborhood a couple of times and Stephanie’s place was definitely one of the best! Super clean and all amenities were as described. Stephanie also did a great job of dealing with any questions that we had while we were there. We will absolutely be returning!

This is a nice house, quite new and definitely up to date! The neighborhood homes are very close together, which we are not used to. Its a bit of a hike to the actual beachfront

We had a great time staying at this wonderful home full of amenities. Everything you should need is there other than your food and possibly some bug spray for those beach critters that somehow found us. We would absolutely stay here again with our kids (3 girls aged 5,3 and 2). We even accidentally donated a stroller for someone else to use!

Short but sweet!

One of the best properties I’ve visited. Literally ALL of the essentials were available in addition to recreational items such as paddle boards/golf cart. My visit was brief, but this place would be ideal for a longer visit. Wish I had more time there to enjoy all the property had to offer!

Great for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed with all the necessities and in a very quiet and peaceful location. There is a very nice pool right at the end of the street. It’s also a short walk to a beach access on the bay or you can take the golf cart out to other beach accesses along old 98 and the rest of the Windmark development. We had a great time! Stephanie was a great host and very communicative and accommodating.

Windmark

Beautiful home close to the community pool. We were notified of battery issues with the Golf Cart just prior to our arrival. We were provided with a rental golf cart, but it was only a 4-seater (There were 5 of us) and the rental cart was really slow... The provided 6-seat cart was fixed the day before our departure. We had to deal with rental cart drop off, phone calls, paper work, etc. There is a narrow threshold the entire length of the garage entrance, maybe a 1/2 to an inch tall. It is pretty much invisible. Everyone in our group tripped over this numerous times walking into the garage. The lady that delivered the rental cart also tripped over it walking into the garage. It is dangerous and should be eliminated or marked to be highly visible. Not a huge fan of the Windmark Beach area/Neighborhood. The homes are very close together, the streets are narrow, and it is a hike to the beach. The beaches in this area are very narrow and the water clarity is not great. If you love the blue and emerald waters of PCB and Mexico Beach, you probably will not like the beaches in this area.

Vacation 2024

What an amazing, relaxing and fun vacation. We had been to the Port St. Joe area about 12 years ago and stayed on Cape San Blas. But no more. This house and location was so perfect. The water at the beach was clear and emerald green. The beach was quiet and absolutely beautiful. The pool is a must and and was just perfect. We were close to so many amazing restaurants who were so very accommodating for our little dog. Our host, Stephanie, could not have set this house up any better. Ruby was so needed and appreciated. All the beach chairs, tents, towels and bikes were so appreciated. Not having to lug all that down there was so stress free. The house is well appointed, quiet and has a great open concept for hanging with family. I literally have nothing negative except we are no longer there...lol.

Fabulous house in beach community

We loved this home and neighborhood. Super walkable and accessible to beach, restaurants, and stores. The golf cart and bikes were a fun addition. Will definitely return for another trip!

Fun Getaway

Super nice property, close to ocean with flowing water in back yard. Lots of room for family and friends. Super nice rooms and living areas. Fun golf cart to zoom into local community for food and shopping. Low traffic area with nice pool areas. Stephanie, property owner, is super responsive and proactive. Very enjoyable stay.

Beachy Vibe

Really enjoyed our stay! Though this house isn't right on the beach, it still has that beachy vibe and just a golf cart ride away on Ruby. Also enjoyed the restaurants close by. Very nice home with all the necessities and nice out-door area. I was surprised by all the construction going on behind the house but was also relieved at how quiet it was. House must be very well insulated because we didn't hear a thing. We would definitely stay hear again when in the area!
