I haven't rented many VRBOs in the past several years. The service we received from this rental was outstanding! The response time to any questions or concerns we had was the shortest I've ever experienced. Polite, kind and friendly would all be words used to describe them. Our family also enjoyed the electronic game table way more than I realized we would. Added to that, the incredible location, easy access to the beach, trip saving heated pool (we had an unexpected cold snap) and quaint town with wonderful coffee at the Joe. Had a great time!

The house was great. Had all the amenities necessary. The host was quick to respond but left us alone to relax during the stay. You need to rent the golf cart to access the local places and it is 100% worth it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great getaway!

We loved staying here. The house is close enough to the shops and pool to walk. We enjoyed morning strolls on the beach and evenings in the hot tub. The house has plenty of space for larger groups. The kids loved the game table and playing ping pong.

We had the most amazing time. Everything went very smoothly from checkinh in to checking out. The beach is just a short walk and the community pool was relaxing. Towels for the pool where by the front door and we were able to uses the washer and dryer and just put them back were we got them from. Our teenager's had a great time taking all the the buckets and shovels to the beach. The Foosball table was also a great hit.

Great stay!

Big house with a lot of entertainment options. Kids loved riding the golf cart to the beach and to the Windmark center for live music. Hot tub worked and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evenings. The host was very pleasant to communicate with and we hope to book with them again next year! The place is highly recommended.

Perfect multiple generation get together

The house was perfect for our group three generations of all ages. Day bed with pull out trundle in the “study” (no door) on first floor next to the kitchen and living space was perfect for the girls, large kitchen and living space with full bathroom and a king bedroom all on first floor as well for those who couldn’t handle the stairs. Washer, dryer, and floor vacuum were wonderful to have as well. All bathrooms were well stocked with linens as well as full size bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner so no need to pack those! Second floor host four large bedrooms with plenty of room for a playard for the babies, and two full bathrooms as well as another “study” (no door) with bunk beds that were perfect for the boys, and a game table the kids and adults LOVED and it was great to sit around and bring the whole family of all ages together. We are already planning to make this an annual trip for our family.

Belated Family Christmas

We chose this home in Port St Joe because it was centrally located for distant family to meet for a belated Christmas/New Year’s celebration. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The home is clean and comfortably decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out. Our grandchildren especially loved the bunk beds. We knew the host was close by but didn’t have to get in touch for any problems. We would definitely book it again and recommend it to friends.

Thanksgiving Vacation

This house is beautiful and spacious. We had 12 family members staying at the house and we all fit easily without being on top of each other. The fire pit in the back was great in the evenings. The infinity table as well as ping pong and foosball table were a bonus. Having access to bikes on the property was very convenient. We had great communication with the owner who stayed in touch with us throughout the reservation process and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Best of the Best!!!

I could not ask for a more Beautiful place to stay! The booking process was super easy and if I had any questions before or during our stay I was promptly answered. Overall it was the best experience I've had with a vacation rental and I will most definitely be a return customer for years to come!

Beautiful area. Hidden gem

Neighborhood is adorable, but still being built. Aside from the work vehicles and dumpsters on our street it was really very nice! Cute little shopping area by the pool, with a candy and ice cream store, pizza and little bar. This was a new destination for our family (normally visit Navarre) and it was everything we hoped it would be. Seems to be a little secret gem still - which we loved. The house was very nice, but needed a couple minor fixes that were taken care of very quickly. The beds were huge and there were a lot of sleeping spaces which worked out great for our family of 15. The property had bikes, hot tub and a ping pong table that we enjoyed too. The property owner was very quick to respond when we reached out, and was very kind. I would absolutely recommend this property
