We just spent Spring Break here with family and really enjoyed the home. We did not have beach weather for part of the week, so the heated pool, hot tub and game room really made it nice. The beach is an easy walk or take the provided golf cart. The fenced in back yard was nice to have for our dog and the neighborhood is great for walks. The veterans memorial park is a couple blocks away and has a great play ground for kids and pickle ball courts. Downtown Port St Joe was great for dining, shopping and ice cream. Great place to stay and saves you some coin from a beach front rental.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems. The house was clean and had lots of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The owners had a very easy check out process which was a nice change. Twice they reached out to use to offer discounted extensions on our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of it. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a few issues with the internet, the golf cart and the microwave, but I must say the owner was in Europe on vacation and he was in contact with me everyday to correct any issues. The golf cart was fixed and the internet was fix about midweek, so all in all, it was a wonderful week. The house, pool and space were great. We enjoyed the beach and PCB was close enough to go to a water park one day. Thank you Tim and Katie for allowing us to make new memories in your home.

Great place for family!

This home has an ideal set-up for the family. Located a short walk or drive from the beach, it has plenty of room for everyone. The pool out back was enjoyed by all. We appreciated the second small kitchen, located near the bunk room. There are plenty of beach toys/goods to borrow, so you don't have to pack everything up to bring with you to Florida. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Everyone loved the pool table - watching my niece and nephew play with my parents will be a key memory from this trip :) The home was thoughtfully furnished with multiple generations in mind, and the owner was extremely responsive with our questions. I would stay here again if our family returns to the area.

50th wedding anniversary

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year and wanted to celebrate by vacationing with my family! This house was perfect for us! So much to do on the property itself plus a short walk or golf cart drive to the beach! We had an amazing time being together! Would definitely recommend this home and the owners were great! Very responsive and quick to respond! An amazing experience all around!

Wonderful week

My husband and I got to enjoy two sets of grands and their parents for Fourth of July week at this beautiful property. The children loved the pool, which we used both day and evening. The beach equipment was so generous, and the golf cart made it an easy ride to the beach. I must mention too the blessed separation that this property allows, as families could go to their designated areas for naps and quiet times. The pool table and other games were welcome, too. So many thoughtful additions! Thank you!

Nice getaway

We loved staying at this property. The large pool was a hit with the kids. The layout of the home allows for gathering with everyone in the family room as well as decent privacy when needed. Communication, check-in and check-out was very easy. My only complaint is really more of a personal preference - the upstairs bedroom has skylights that can't be covered; therefore the sun cannot be blocked out if you want to sleep in. I would rent here again but just choose a different bedroom.....

It’s the Little Things!

This is such a beautiful area and a great house for a group of 10 or less! We had 7 on our trip, including one child, and the bedrooms and bathroom (3) situations worked perfectly. The bunk room is great for kids, because it’s furthest away from the living area with 2 doors between and leaves nappers/early sleepers undisturbed. The pool was beautiful and great sized. Washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances were modern and worked very efficiently. Plus there are two kitchens (extra storage and fridge space + a second oven/stove), so many fun activities to partake in (games, Pool table, foosball, pac man arcade, shuffleboard, corn hole, pickleball net, etc.). The kitchen and dining rooms were spacious with lots of seating, and the open floor plan was nice. Bathrooms were well/stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and hand soap. And the place was beautiful and well-decorated and maintained! When we had an issue (a breaker needed resetting, and the box was in the owner’s locked closet), someone came to fix our issue within a few hours.

2024 Family Vacay

This house was the perfect house for our multi family vacation. A couple blocks from the beach, gulf cart to take us there and back, lots of games for adults as well as children. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. We had a great time!

This is my family first time taking a trip together so we were skeptical about the best location & home that would suit all of or needs. This home exceeded what we needed and wanted. The moment I pulled into the driveway I fell in love! The home is exactly as pictured & if I ever decide to visit that area again I truly hope this home is available. Tim & Katie kept in touch throughout the stay & even before the stay. If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think but actually DO IT. Very family oriented area and neighborhood.

Great Spring Break Vacation!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Sunny St Joe with our good friends (family of 6) with kids ranging from age 5-11. Home layout was perfect for our crew, and everyone had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing on the couch, playing games and going to the beach. Communication was easy, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Awesome Spring Break Getaway!

Beautiful accommodations! Our 2 families which included 4 adults and 4 teens had ample space to spread out, relax and have fun! The house was very clean with fun, beachy decor throughout. We have everything we needed to have a great vacation. The kids spent countless hours in the pool, laying in the sun and playing all the various provided games. The beach is a short walk in a nice residential neighborhood and wasn’t crowded regardless of the time of day. Many restaurants and food trucks in the area. The hosts were available throughout the week if needed. It was a great stay! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Time Flies!

Sunny St Joe where Did the Time go? We opened the door to a beautiful place, all clean and ready for our family to play! The game room, the pool, pac-man too??? Which bedroom is mine and how do we choose? The beaches and shelling and a whole shelf full of Games, so much to fit in with only a week to stay. The memories made, the laughter and fun is easy to Rank Sunny St Joe #1!! Truly, all that you want and more with this wonderful rental home!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny St. Joe! We had 3 households from 3 states with kids of varying ages, needs and interests, and this property satisfied us all. The house itself provided plenty of room to enjoy one another along with 3 separate zones to retreat. The common area allowed us an open space between the kitchen, dining, living and game rooms. We had a great time playing dominos, watching movies, and shooting pool and shuffle board. The bedroom layout with the upstairs master suite, two downstairs bedrooms with direct patio access along with a separate wing with a queen suite, bunk room, kitchen and den was perfect for our multi-family gathering due to our different sleep schedules. (...and this wing's den provided a perfect gaming area with a dock and extra controllers for our Switch!) The yard was wonderful! With the heated pool and ping pong table, we spent much of our stay playing on property where we could more easily manage the toddlers (and those inside still watch the fun through the sliding glass doors). We even made use of the sauna--a real treat! St. Joe Beach is a beautiful area with glorious sunsets. We had a great time playing in the sand, flying kites, watching dolphins play close to shore. We even enjoyed a sunrise on the water at nearby Port St. Joe Gazebo. Planning this 60th birthday celebration for my Mom was no small task, but Tim & Katie made sure it was a fantastic experience for our entire family! We look forward to returning.

Sunny St Excellence!

The photo's don't do this place justice! The home is beautiful and has everything you need and more for your stay. It clear they care for their guests and took the time to provide some extras that were a lovely surprise. we just loved the home so much we ended up only going to the beach once! The pool is massive and in October getting it heated was a must, luckily Tim & Katie were quick to help us when we realized we would need it. Overall a fabulous stay in a really great neighborhood & we are already planning to come back next year. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
