Excellent! Relaxing comfortable stay!

Loved our stay here. The house, was clean, decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Lots of special touches and the yard was just what we needed when traveling with our pups.

Summer Vacay!!

Our stay was great!! The house was cozy, very clean in a quiet area and a short drive to downtown Port St. Joe. It was so nice to be able to hop on the golf cart for maybe a 2 minute ride to the beach!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect family spot

We had a great time at the house - it was stocked with all you need to comfortably stay. The nightly golf cart rides were a plus to wind down the day with. Close enough to beaches and eating spots that everything is convenient!

Perfect Place

Perfect place to stay to visit St Joe! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked as we cooked a bit. Great location in a neighborhood and very close to the beach! Screened porch was used daily every morning! We hope to stay again soon. Highly recommend!

Great Time in PSJ

Pitzer Properties provided everything we needed. Manatee Rest was just as photos show. Communication was great. We would be happy to return. We've stayed in two of Pitzer Properties. We would recommend staying with them.

Fabulous Little House at Port St. Joe

We came for a week to celebrate our anniversary and this cute house was just the best! We were able to bring our pups with the totally fenced yard. The home had every comfort of home and then some! Raeanna was quick to respond with a couple questions we had and very helpful. Would totally recommend staying at Manatees Rest!

Spring Break

Great house, great neighborhood, great beach. St. Joe beach was just a couple block walk thru a very friendly neighborhood. White sand, quiet and dog friendly. We rode bikes, fished and visited Shipwreck Raw Bar on more than one occasion. Love this area! Thank you!

A piece of heaven

If you want to a relaxing time in Florida stay at the Manatees Rest cottage. It has beautiful decor and A very equipped place. It is very roomy and has nice bathrooms. Both yhe kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped too. There is a complimentary golf cart to ride back to the beach. Port Saint Joe Beach is pristine too and accessible from the cabin. The pitzerproperties has there own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish washing soap. It is reasonably priced too. I will definitely stay in contact with pitzer properties.

PERFECT!

Perfect for us! 3 adults & 2 small kids. Quiet neighborhood. Loved fenced yard & outdoor shower. Kids loved thier room! Very clean & comfortable! Loved the little touches for dog and sweet surprise in fridge for us! :) Short golf cart ride to beach! We loved it! Would definitely stay again!

Anniversary Celebration

We had a great visit. 4 adults and 3 dogs with plenty of room and an awesome fenced in yard and nice deck for cookouts. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit at night and the screened in porch everyday! My husband arranged with host to have a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered that awaited us upon arrival. Golf cart was a plus for beach trips and cruising the hood. THANK YOU— we will be back! 👍😊

Newly renovated

Everything you could possibly want was there for you including things for our furkids. The detail of everything was amazing. The property was newly renovated and everything was in perfect condition. It was a little longer to the beach than I thought but it had plenty of free parking if you drove. We felt like most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. We will definitely go back

Manatee Rest is Best

We can not brag enough about Manatee Rest! It was so perfect! Neighborhood was great for walking and golf cart rides. The house had literally everything you need. Also so clean and well decorated. Home away from home. Owner was so easy to work with. The beach was smooth as glass which my dog enjoyed. Dog friendly home with sweet treats and dog friendly beach was all perfect. We will have to return again soon.

Best vacation getaway

Thank goodness I found Manatee Rest! My family has visited twice within a years time and always ready to go back as soon as we leave. The fenced yard in perfect for my little fur baby and the home is so clean and cozy and one level except for 2-3 steps to the door. We enjoyed the fire pit every evening. The golf cart took us to beach, dinner and general store. I don’t think we used the car but maybe once the entire week. It’s our home away from home. Having a pet friendly beach two blocks from the house is a dream. The home literally provides everything! All you need is clothes and snack because you want to eat at the shipwreck raw bar every meal! We can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property with our 3 pups! The property was very clean. There were extra supplies for the pups, coffee, snacks, etc. We felt at home away from home!
