I want to start with the pros of the house. Very nice home, nice location, nice short distance to the beach with a short boardwalk. Plenty enough room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children that stayed. Now with the cons: Zero communication with both 360 Blue and VRBO. The first issue was that I paid for a pet deposit but tried to contact them multiple times weeks before our check in stating we would not be bringing our pets. No response. After check in, the house was not as clean as it should have been. Especially for the amount you pay for a cleaning fee. Sand was in a few of the beds and large bugs throughout the home. The wifi password provided was not correct. Tried again to contact 360 Blue by phone multiple times to get correct password but no one answered or called back. Would not have been a complaint, but my wife was having to do “work from home” via work laptop, which was not possible without wifi. The dryer doesn’t dry and the ice maker dispenser clogs up and leaks water onto the floor if not noticed. Also, the trash was not taken out the 2nd time of the week by a 360 Blue employee as stated in policy. We would have taken to the road if we would have known this wasn’t going to be done. I would not be leaving a bad review if we could have had communication with either 360 Blue or VRBO. I really hate it because we love the property but I will not be renting from 360 Blue again. Find an owner listing that's not listed by a property management company.
