“Checkin instructions were wrong. They had to call local staff to help me enter the room. 40 min total. Once the staff was there, they solved immediately the issue”

“とてもきれいで、過ごしやすい部屋でした。 広くて清潔で、お風呂も足が伸ばせて最高でした。 気になった点は、 ①チェックアウトの際、部屋の鍵がうまく箱にしまえなかったこと ②トイレのスリッパが無かったこと。 ③足音が響くこと。 以上の点で、星４つにしましたが、 部屋自体はとても良かったです。”

“My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. We stayed in Room 401, the apartment is spacious and clean. Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. Tried to call the receptionist (only appear during check in) but unable to communicate well so unable to exchange it. ”
