  • This 870 square foot bungalow is located on one of the finest historic streets in Prescott, just a moments' walk to the downtown square. With care in every detail, this newly renovated home still has the nostalgic character of the old but with brand new features. Beautiful hard wood floors, intricate tile work, top end appliances, quartz counters and an open spacious floor-plan. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch and dine al fresco on the back patio. This quaint bungalow has it all.

This was an ideal house for the two of us for a week, just enough, with nice covered outdoor landings on the front and back of the house, in a charming neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect little bungalow. Everything in the house was top notch. Furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, bathroom, lighting. Loved the fluffy towels and the bed was completely comfortable! I slept really well. This is the type of rental that is worth every penny. The owner obviously takes pride in her property and it shows. Wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend if you're staying in Prescott.

There was plenty of parking in the back. Located in a charming neighborhood and very close to the downtown shopping and restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable. The owner quickly answered questions we had.

Great birthday getaway!

This little bungalow was an excellent place to stay and within walking distance from the square and all the nearby restaurants and shops. Super clean and inviting, also well stocked kitchen! Would definitely stay here again while visiting Prescott!

We came for the annual Christmas parade. Only about a 10 min walk or so to the square. The place was incredibly clean and so cute. The host was very accommodating to a request we had. We would stay again!

So cute!

This bungalow was the cutest thing! Easy to get to Whiskey Row and the Rodeo Grounds. It was cozy, comfortable, up to date, clean, decorated super cute. It was perfect for my husband and I!

Perfect Stay

The property is perfect for a family of four! The place is decorated so nice. Modernly remodeled. Felt like home away from home. Towels and linens were super soft and comfortable. Had a fantastic stay here. Will definitely stay here the next time we come up!

Beautiful Bungalow!

What a perfect spot to stay! The house is lovely and well stocked with everything you need from coffee, snacks and bath supplies. I even found a white noise machine! It's an easy stroll to all the best restaurants and shopping downtown. We are back home and I miss this cute little house and Prescott already.

Annual family visit

We decided to try a Vrbo rental for the first time vs a hotel. This rental was very clean and comfortable. This is a great location if you’re looking to be near the square activities. We were able to easily walk down to the Courthouse without worrying about parking. Veronica, the host, kept in communications with us. We would definitely do this rental again.

Cute, clean, and close to everything!

Really enjoyed my stay at this Prescott Cottage. My daughter stayed with me the first night and then I dropped her at a camp at Embry Riddle, which is about 10 minutes away. I worked from the cottage during the week, and did not have any issues with the internet. I really enjoyed walking around the Courthouse square, which was less than a ten minute walk (2 minutes if driving). Lots of options for restaurants, ice cream, and shopping nearby. There is a cute museum within walking distance also. A friend of mine joined me the last night, and she loved the cottage also. We did see some ants in the living room, but Veronica was very responsive and her father-in-law, whom lives next door, addressed the issue promptly. I would would stay here again!
