This home is an absolute gem!Location:– A 5 min drive to downtown—cafés, boutiques, and nightlife all within easy reach.– Quiet, residential street means you get the best of both worlds: city excitement and peaceful evenings.Privacy & Comfort:– The entire space is yours—no worries about shared hallways or noisy neighbors.– Thoughtfully shaded windows and blackout curtains guaranteed restful, uninterrupted sleep.– Private entrance made coming and going a breeze.not to mention the amazing backyard space!Cleanliness:– Spotless from top to bottom. It truly felt like stepping into a brand‑new home.– Fresh, crisp linens and towels neatly folded and perfectly scented.– Kitchen counter, bathroom fixtures, and floors gleamed—every surface was wiped, polished, and maintained.Extras & Host Communication:– Well‑stocked kitchen – Fast Wi‑Fi, smart TV, and a cozy reading nook tucked by the window.– Our host was super responsive—sent clear check‑in instructions ahead of arrival.We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO experience. Nice Getaway

The home was very clean, top to bottom. Yard was fenced, so perfect for our dog. Instructions were clear. The yard needed some attention, as lots of weeds popping up. Other than that, all good.

Clean and quiet

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and the owner does not give you a long list of things to do before you check out, with very simple requests. Easy check in and out. The primary bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and driveway. Quiet neighborhood with nice, relatively private, outdoor seating to take in the breeze. We would stay again.

MY birthday present to myself

Prescott was wonderful and had an almost trouble freeexperience. It was perfect to find a dog friendly home with a modicum of rules. My only negative was the backyard was filled with Foxtaill plants and one dog had them stuck all over him and my dog ate some and vomited repeatedly along with hacking a lot. I had to rid the yard of them so my sister and I weeded and removed all the Foxtails. Otherwise I would return to this location without a doubt.

Peaceful getaway

We spent two nights here with a few family members and our Shepard mix pup. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy with a wonderful fenced yard. Very dog friendly property and hosts. The hosts communicated very well and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Shopping and Restaurants

This single story house suited our family of 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. It is nicely decorated and appointed with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fenced property has a shady backyard where we enjoyed the cool mornings reading and watching the wild turkeys strutting about the neighborhood. Beds were great--firm and had lovely bedding. The living room sectional was not comfortable to us senior citizens--too low to the floor. Our teenage grandchild liked stretching out on it. We appreciated the landlord delivering extra paper supplies as we stayed a month. There were enough plates, pots, pans, but not enough drinking glasses and spoons. The landlord came by every week to take the trash bins out to the curb--very nice! This house is off a main street so we had easy access to a grocery store and the many restaurants in downtown Prescott. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to families and pets.

Perfect Long Weekend

Great location

The house was really nicely renovated and clean. It had everything you need for a couple of people. I liked that it allows dogs, there was a fenced in yard and dog bowls made available. Those small touches were great. The neighborhood was quiet.
