It is exactly 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott, a 2 minute drive to the nearest hiking and biking trails, and a block away from a Safeway and restaurants. It also has a fenced yard where you can lock your mountain bikes along with a BBQ, cornhole, and a fire pit, so don’t forget the s’mores!

Recently updated home, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Open kitchen concept into living room with washer and dryer access and full bathroom off living room. Down the hallway you will access the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, walk in closet, makeup station with full bathroom and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom features queen bed with reading chair and double door closet.

The backyard features a BBQ, Fire pit, Lounge chairs + table and seating for meals. The yard is fully fenced and very pet friendly.

You will have access to the entire home and complete privacy. You will receive a check-in code on the day of your arrival when the home is clean and ready :)
