This rental is absolutely adorable! They put a lot of effort into the detail and decor. The host was super helpful and even got me an early check in where I otherwise would have had to hang out at a coffee shop for half a day so super grateful for that! The one thing I would say is they did not have any filtration system for drinking water such as a water pitcher in the fridge which would have been great so that I didn’t have to drink tap or buy water out. Overall great stay! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as advertised,such a cozy and charming home. The location couldn’t have been better; we parked our car when we arrived and hardly needed it since we could easily walk into town. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

This was such a great spot to spend a night and enjoy Prescott. Jessica and Geiler were great hosts, letting us check in early and were communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the morning sun and rocking in the chairs on the front porch in the warm afternoon heat. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such an adorable little home. We loved the mid-century decor and watching the sunset over Thumb Butte from the rocking chairs on the little front patio. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location, a quick walk to the Courthouse and all the fun shops and restaurants. Be sure to try Farm Provisions. We went there for my Leapday husband’s birthday and it was so delicious. We’d love to return one day.

This was the second time we came to Prescott for Christmas. We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. The owners allowed us to check in early because there were no other guest before us, which was so convnient. Otherwise, we would have had to wait around for 4 hours, to get in, once we arrived in Prescott. We were able to get all settled and then go sightseeing. We had a little trouble with the WIFI and the owners popped over immediately to help us out with that. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the king bed was very comfortable. Lovely fixtures in the wash room which match the architectural era of the house. The description of the location was better than we expected. Just a short walk to the Courthouse and Wiskey Row. The owners referred us to a few good restaurants within walking distance. Actually, there was a good restaurant, Red White and Brew, a half a block away, where we had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner. There is a fenced in back yard so we could let our dog out, without worry. It has a nice BBQ too. There were plenty of paper products, towels and sheets. It has a coffee grinder to make our morning coffee. The house is much larger than it looks in the pictures. I hated to leave, but we will be back again next year.

Nicely appointed suite had everything we needed for our stay in Prescott. The property is conveniently located a short walk to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square with many choices for dining. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. We'll definitely book the "Downtown Suite Across the Street" again when visiting Prescott. Thanks!

I had a great stay here with my dog. The house itself is really cute, especially as a big fan of early 1900s Victorian houses - its high ceilings give it a very spacious, airy feeling. The location is right downtown, so I could do a quick walk to a coffee shop, dinner, or around the courthouse. I would love to stay here again on my next trip up to Prescott.

We were running away to cooler weather for a few days. This place was the best! Very comfy and lots of extra touches included in the house. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed being able to walk to the courthouse square area. We highly recommend for couples visiting Prescott
