This was a great gathering place for our friends of 50 years.We had everything we needed, and felt so comfortable and relaxed there. The photos don’t do it justice.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding is excellent, as is the ability to retire in many private spaces.Access to Costco and TJs very close by was all we needed for supplies. Plus, there are many restaurants in the area.I highly recommend this property. Also, it was my first time dealing with a VRBO. I was a little apprehensive, but the owner is very communicative and a joy to deal with.I am sure our group of friends will be back.

Amazing remodeled home with phenomenal view. Home has a great layout and was perfect for 2 families for our softball tournament. This was our second time at this home. It is always well stocked and clean. I definitely recommend this home. It’s our favorite in Prescott. Thank you for the great memories!

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful property with stunning views and rooms in which to enjoy them. The house was very complete with all the items and more you might need for a stay (kitchen, cleaning, etc.). Best for a spring, summer or fall stay, as the driveway is very steep.

Beautiful home but...

The house is beautiful and a cool layout. My husband and I both are highly allergic to cats and we both had a bad allergy attack that normally will happen when we are exposed to cats or places that cats were present. I was unable to sleep because I couldn't breath. I seemed ok in most of the other rooms of the house, but the master bedroom where we slept we are pretty sure a guest before us had a cat they kept in that room. The owner was easy to get in touch with. Check out time was rather early. Not positive this is the way we will go in future for family events. If we had gone to a hotel we could have changed rooms due to having allergy issues. Just know that even though these houses say no pets are allowed that doesn't mean all guest adhere to the rules. Hopefully no one else needs to go through what we went through. Spending that money and not even being able to get a good nights sleep due to not being able to breath is pretty disappointing. Otherwise everything was as expected. This is my honest review. Thank you.

Knitting Retreat

This property was better than we expected. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The glassed porch area was the absolutely perfect spot to sit and knit while we visited and we spent nearly all of our time there. The view from there was amazing! We appreciated the book we found on the kitchen counter with its clear instructions. There was just one downside.I have used VRBO on many occasions and this was the first time I did not speak personally at any time on the phone when having a question. I can understand the importance of things being done in writing, but I missed the personal touch that a phone conversation has brought to our stays in the past. In addition not having check in instructions until 2 hours before we left home was stressful. The host may take this into consideration. All things being considered we had a wonderful time and thank Anthony for the assistance we did receive and in making this a memorable experience.

The perfect home with the perfect view!

This property shows extremely well on the listing and pictures. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The open layout of the house comfortably supports large family meals in the kitchen/dining area or just hanging out in the family room. The office area makes it easy to get away for work calls when needed without impacting the rest of the family. That said, the best part of the house was the view... Watching the sunrise or the occasional rain storm roll in from over the hills was extremely relaxing from the sunroom and the deck. It would be a challenge to spend too much time enjoying the view from either area. The house was clean, well appointed and well thought out (e.g. upstairs and downstairs washers and dryers). Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental property and will look to book here first for our next trip out to the Prescott area.
