The Space:

Please Note During the winter months this property require 4x4 and/or chains if there is snow present on the roadway. The road is maintained by the HOA and is narrow and bumpy in areas. This is a forest road that is up in the mountains. High Profile Vehicles Should Be Used.

Living Space: This spacious, inviting, inspiring and open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, soft, leather couches, and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! There is an HD flat screen TV with Steaming capability that you can log into your accounts with. WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards to enjoy hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home comes with central heat and air for your comfort as well as a fireplace for those crisp fall and winter evenings.



Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a double oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.



Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is a spacious closest as well.



Second bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.



Third Bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.



Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom has 2 full size mattresses.



Fifth Bedroom: This bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses.



Bathrooms: This home has a private bathroom



that is attached to the Master Suite. There is a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.



Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.



Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the laundry room area.



The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest



**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety



Other things to note



While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!



BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.

Guests have access to the vacation home and designated outdoor areas during their stay. Enjoy the cabin's spacious living areas, multiple decks and patios, and peaceful forest surroundings.



The Neighborhood:

This home is tucked away in the mountains of Prescott, surrounded by forest, wildlife and the natural beauty of Northern Arizona.



The secluded setting offers a peaceful escape from town while still allowing guests to explore Downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, nearby hiking trails and the surrounding Prescott National Forest.



This is a true mountain setting, so expect winding forest roads, towering trees, wildlife and plenty of fresh mountain air.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is required for this property, and a high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended.



The home is accessed by a narrow and somewhat bumpy mountain road maintained by the HOA. During winter weather, snow and ice can make access more challenging.



When snow is present, a 4-wheel-drive vehicle and/or chains may be required to reach the property safely. Guests should check weather and road conditions before traveling to the cabin.



Other Things to Note:

Mountain Road & Winter Access: This property is located in a true mountain setting and is accessed by a narrow, uneven forest road maintained by the HOA. A high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended year-round. During winter weather, 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains may be required when snow or ice is present. Please check weather and road conditions before arrival.



Wildlife is common around the property. Please enjoy animals from a safe distance and do not feed or approach them.



Outdoor decks and furniture are cleaned between stays. Because the home is surrounded by native vegetation and forest, wind, pollen, pine needles and other natural outdoor debris may accumulate between cleanings.



Additional guest or pet fees may apply when applicable. Guests are responsible for accurately reporting the number of guests and any pets included with the reservation.



For your safety, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers are located throughout the home.
