Great place for a long weekend in Prescott

Loved this condo, simple, clean, everything was well organized, plenty of room, no issues - all the things you hope for/need in a weekend getaway. Walking distance to town and the urban trail (I forget what it was called but there's a nice little trail walk and it's right down the street). Host very friendly and accomodating, place was quiet and relaxing and safe. Would definitely come back here - recommend!!

Memorial Day weekend

AWESOME…TONS of little extras. Snacks,water,coffee Wine!!! Phone chargers in every room!!! Clean… Check out process did not include having to do/start the laundry like many other properties. Highly recommend. GREAT LOCATION.

Wonderful condo

This is an excellent place to stay while in Prescott. It is clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The little things like water in the fridge and snacks upon arrival are a nice touch we don't often see. It is very close to a local grocery store and downtown. The binder has everything you would need as well as a listing of local restaurants if you aren't familiar with the area. We would definitely stay there in the future when we return to Prescott.

Great Time in Prescott

Comfortable and convenient

This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! Communication with the owners was great! They responded in a very friendly and timely manner! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great Condo!

The condo was definitely a hike from the parking lot. We didn’t mind it, but my mom had issues getting to and from. And it can be an issue when it comes to luggage and all the stairs etc. We checked in around 930pm and the neighbor below us called the cops because we were being loud. Honestly besides bringing the luggage up, we put our pajamas on and went to bed. When the cop came out we were all in bed about to fall asleep. That was our only issue with neighbor. House itself is gorgeous and perfect. Has everything you need. We had some issues with water heater but the owner was awesome and communicated great with us and had it fixed the next day. It’s a beautiful condo and it was perfect for 3 adults and a 1 year old. Quiet neighborhood as well and walking distance to a brewery and downtown. Again, loved the owners and condo!

The condo was clean and beautiful and in a great location close to town. The town is fun and safe and has a great vibe. The shops, restaurants and nightlife make this town worth visiting again!

Good vibes

This place is very nice and clean. A lot of room for several people. Me and the wife went for the weekend and loved the condo. Close to everything and far enough away to be very quit and peaceful. I will highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks again.

Great stay!

This condo is a great location- short walk into town! Parking was easy, condo was nice and had everything we needed. Towels, blow dryer, blankets, hangers, toiletries, etc. all included and appreciated. Host was communicative and fixed an issue with the lock immediately. 10/10 stay!!

Comfortable and convenient.

Comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped, the condo is also convenient since it is an easy, flat walk into town shops, restaurants etc.. Prescott is a very hilly city so this is a big plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find the area around the condo to be unofficial nature preserve; we saw several deer and wild turkeys!

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect and close proximity to our business venture.
