“The unit was clean & comfortable for our two adults & one child. We liked the living room setup & spent a fun evening playing games & watching TV. The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. The host was responsive to my inquiries ahead of check-in. The only downside was figuring out how to get to the parking & into the unit, though this may have been partly due to our arrival late...

“Property is exactly as pictured and described, and is conveniently located in northeast Bellevue directly across the street from the Crossroads Mall. Excellent communication with the host, who responded quickly to all queries. Easy check-in and check-out. Unit was clean and well stocked, with lots of toiletries in the main bathroom. There are two flights of stairs outdoors up to the unit and another flight inside up to the bedroom area, plus a short flight up from the garage to the ground...

“This property was unacceptable. First of all, it's on the bottom/basement level of an apartment building and quite difficult to access due to steep and uneven walkways. But that would be easy to look past if the space itself looked and felt even remotely as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled bad, and we soon found out why. There were fresh coffee stains on the counter, dirty dishes (old cereal) in the sink, used and wet towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and the floors were filthy. The...

“This place was great! Bright, spacious and in a fantastic location. Parking was hit or miss at times but that was my only complaint.”

“It was a very nice unit. The family that lives above the unit is fairly loud. We had to time our sleeping around them. There is also very limited parking. Lastly, the entrance is fairly dark and it can be hard to get the front door opened. ”
