Great residential neighborhood but nothing within walking distance except a Traders Joe.No dining table, wine glasses and we ran out of toliet paper. Not sure why they need a desk and computer you cant use.Very acceptable accommodation for the price....and location.”

“Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap. Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window...

“This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! ”
