Great location overlooking the ocean, lovely to hear the waves crashing at night. Clean, comfortable and convenient to golf, beaches and Hanalei. We really enjoyed our stay here..

Fantastic stay

This unit is just as advertised, very comfortable, amazing views, and has everything you need for a great stay - from the in unit laundry to a wine aeration device (nice touch). I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing view

Top floor condo overlooking the ocean in Princeville - amazing!!! Kitchen has all necessary amenities, the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again - highly recommended.

Princeville gem

Amazing views from the Lanai and both the bedrooms. The house is updated with modern appliances and well decorated. This condo was one of the highlights of our trip.

Garden Paradise

The Smith’s have a lovely Condo. Ocean view and mountains too. Well equipped, we lacked for nothing. Just what we needed peace and ocean vibes. Could not have asked for a nicer place to relax and enjoy Kauai!

Comfortable with beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed a comfortable, very clean stay. Rested well. Explored a variety of restaurants and sights near and far. Walked the neighborhood. Beautiful area. Well kept resort. Easy parking. Our few concerns communicated to manager were quickly addressed.

Excellent stay-amazing views

My family of four enjoyed our stay at Alii Kai I. Everything in the description matched what we experienced. Coffee on the lanai watching the whales was unforgettable. I had a few questions and the host got back to me in a timely manner. We can't wait to come back.

Nice condo located right on the beach

Property was clean and well maintained. Had a minor issue finding the property due to numbering confusion but quick phone call and got it resolved (unit is in building 7). Nice view and Queens batch hike is easy hike away. Minutes away from restaurants and Saturday farmers' market with lot of local fruits and vegetables. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent property at an excellent price

Property was exactly as listed. Even nicer than the pictures, especially the view. Nice, quiet community. Beautifully maintained grounds. Condo has been nicely updated and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Many beach items provided. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Setting

Cannot beat the view from balcony. Condo as described, great communication. Only negative at all is lack of AC that is needed in summer as condo can get a little stuffy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Views & Condo!

This condo is extremely well appointed! Very very nicely updated unit! Washer and dryer in the unit, amazing ocean views, comfortable furniture, updated kitchen and bath. Such a lovely find! the nicest condo we've ever stayed in on Kauai. So conveniently located to Princeville, Hanalei, The Kalalau Trail, etc. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Gina!

Beautiful Ocean View

This is a wonderful property that gives an awesome view to the north coast and a short drive to Hanalei. Keep in mind if you are wanting to see sunrises and sunsets this is the wrong side of Kauai for you. The grounds were well maintained and this unit is the closest unit swimming pool

Great condo in a great location

This was a great condo in a great location! Clean and well-stocked with beach gear, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. Despite it being hot we got used to not having air conditioning pretty quickly; between the ocean breeze and the fans it was downright cool at night. Easy walk to Turtle Cave, Queen's Bath, and Hideaways/Pu'u Poa Beaches. Great restaurants nearby. There are really no negatives.

Great location

The place was clean, the chairs, cooler, beach mat all were super helpful. The umbrella could be upgraded but I purchased an anchor for it to help and will leave for the next user. View of the water from the balcony is beautiful and having breakfast out there every morning after a jog on the golf course was my favorite!

Great location. But a distance from the airport. A vehicle is needed to get around

The unit was clean, spacious and large enough for 4 or more people. Came with lots of household supplies and cookware. Has a nice view of the ocean. Because of the ocean breeze and ceiling fans the unit is comfortable at night, so no air conditioning is needed.

The description does not lie. There are ocean views from every bedroom and living room. Kitchen is nicely furnished. Has all the beach stuff you need. 10 minutes from Hanalie. You can hear the wave crash below you.

Waves crashing below

Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing below the sea cliffs. Clean and comfortable property. Stocked with beach gear. Smooth booking and check-in process. Great ocean view. Convenient Princeville location. Needs a new TV (issues with brightness). Shower in master is a bit tight. But overall we had a wonderful stay. We would book again in the future.
