Overall, we had a lovely time here. The property was in a beautiful location with multiple routes to gorgeous ocean views, lots of lush greenery, and a walkable distance from Hideaways Beach (a solid place for snorkeling and a small beach with plenty of shade). The A/C kept things comfortably cool, the condo was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was always responsive. The only (minor) issue we had was that the refrigerator compressor would rev up for a while anytime the fridge door was opened, which was annoyingly loud, but not a huge deal at all.

This condo is in a great location to beaches, stores and hiking trails. It was very clean and well stocked. It even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear and swim noodles. The condo is well layed out for privacy between rooms. The pool and hot tub are both very nice and clean. This was my 11th visit to the hawaiian islands and I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean place to stay. Very quiet. Manicured grounds. Nice swim pool and soaking jetted pool. Excellent sunset viewpoint from the golf course.

Great location, lush beautiful grounds. Twin beds require replacing but overall very comfortable and clean condo . Enjoyed watching the albatross from the balcony.

A return to this property but new to this unit. We enjoy the location and this property is convenient and lovely in Princeville. A nice, well-appointed unit which was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return.

Great location, spacious, a short walk to a beautiful sunset over the ocean! It was our second time at this complex and would definitely recommend this unit and this complex.

Condo is super clean and well stocked. Living room is light and airy and has plenty of seating. TV/Cable/DVD is easy to use. Air conditioning works great in living room and master bedroom but unit is noisy in second bedroom. (The back of the curtains in second bedroom are moldy and need to be replaced.) New beds are needed or at least given foam toppers! It would be nice to have a king in the master and not two twins put together. Overall very comfortable! I would definitely come again.

They really need to take a better photo to show you the view. It was beautiful and open, from master and living room. The unit was just as described, easy to pick up keys, and the unit has everything you need. The very lovely pool is steps away, and the unit is very quiet. A beautiful, easy walk over to the shopping area and restaurants. Enjoy the island, have a last dinner at the Happy Bar with stunning views at the Hanalei Resort, and even though the drive is long to the other side of the island, everything is worth it! A great condo, extremely clean, you won't be disappointed.

Great location and very well stocked condo with reasonable price. Very spacious and walking distance to beautiful beaches. We appreciated very well stocked kitchen and functional rooms. It was nice to be close to the pool. We will be back.

Great condo where you can see the sunrise from the living room and the sunset just added steps away. Clean. Perfect did our 2 grown kids and us. Everything you need is already there including a cute welcoming gift. You have to pick up keys at office but it’s so close to the airport it’s not a problem. Abs it’s close to stores to do your shopping. We are definitely coming back.

Overall it was great, we loved the location and the amenities! However the kitchen had tons of tiny ants and we had to keep our food on the dining room table. The dishwasher also wasn’t working, which was inconvenient as well.

The property is in a great location. Rooms are all decent sized and we were thankful to have a washer/dryer and air conditioning. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umberellas, cooler and snorkeling gear. Cleaning service needed to do a better job in the bathrooms.

We absolutely loved this place! It was roomy, super comfortable, well stocked and even had a thoughtful welcoming gift😍 we loved the location on the North Shore, access to beautiful beaches, and the spectacular sunsets. The property manager made it so easy to check in and out and was a phone call away when I had questions. They were super nice. Mahalo

A fantastic property for a family. Clean. Great location. Clean. Well equipped . Only negative is pool maintenance man asked us to leave at 850pm when pool closed at 900pm. He was rude as well. Everything else was perfect.

I would stay here again. Good Spacious A/C worked well (it was warm and humid in Jul) Lots of beach stuff (from previous guests I believe) Cooler and ice blocks were especially valuable Ice maker in the fridge Plenty of kitchen supplies Master bathroom had jetted tub (we did not use) Open view to the gold course - not looking at a building Easy parking Pool and grill across the street (we did not use) Above average neighborhood Bad or Not so Good All 3 beds were quite stiff - used the couch on the last night Master bathroom fan was noisy - should be replaced Master bathroom shower to floor is long step with wide tub - easy to slip Had to return keys near airport - minor inconvenience

What a perfect vacation spot. We have stayed in Princeville many times, but this is by far the best location. You have walking access to so much! Pali Ke Kua Beach, the resort, queens bath, etc. the unit itself was very clean, and had everything we could have needed and more in a rental. The peek a boo ocean view was a treat, and we were lucky enough to see an albatross chick out of our window each day. Normally we don’t worry about AC when in Kauai but we found having it to be a nice treat for a quick cool down before opening the windows for the trade winds. The complex is small, meaning there are not a ton of units which is great. The pool was absolutely fabulous, and the grills great as well. The people who live in the complex were sweet and welcoming and very happy to share their community with us. We loved everything about this place. We will return to this rental again for sure! Thank you!!!
